Gridelli's journey began in the small village of San Mauro Pascoli, Italy, three decades ago. Summers were spent amidst fig and peach trees, in the loving embrace of their grandmother’s garden. Each had roles within the household: fetching olive oil from the pantry, filling water from the quaint fountain, and shelling peas with their great-grandmother. These moments, filled with love and tradition, shaped their passion for authentic Italian flavors.
